Building Regulations

Please remember that Building Regulations
(Part P) states that nearly all new domestic electrical work now has to be certified by a registered company. Making changes to the electrical installation in your home is a task that requires skill and safety, therefore it should not be attempted without full knowledge of the regulations.

At JH all domestic electrical installations are strictly designed, installed, and self-certified to comply fully with Part P of the Building Regulations and BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition).

Full building control certificates are provided upon successful completion.
